 Welcome to Getatrent . By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users who access or use our services, including rentals, deliveries, and returns.

2. Rental Agreement

• All products listed on Getatrent are provided on a rental basis for a limited period.
• Customers must return the item on or before the agreed return date.
• Late returns may result in penalty charges as per the product listing or invoice.

3. Delivery and Pickup

• We currently operate in selected pin codes of Prayagraj.
• Items are delivered and picked up by our bike delivery agents.
• Products must fit within our standard delivery bags. Oversized items are not accepted.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to be available during scheduled delivery and return time slots.

4. Product Condition and Responsibility

• All products are delivered in working and clean condition.
• The customer is responsible for the item during the rental period.
• Any damage, loss, or theft of the product may result in recovery or repair charges.
• Please inspect the product during delivery. Report any issues immediately to our support team.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled before the item is dispatched, with full refund.
• Once the item is delivered, no cancellation is allowed unless the product is faulty or not as described.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. User Responsibilities 

• Provide accurate delivery information. 
• Handle rented products responsibly. 
• Cooperate with delivery staff for smooth handover and return.

7. Privacy Police

We collect user information (such as name, address, phone number) for order processing and delivery. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes through the website or email.
